Amanda is an experienced employment lawyer and workplace consultant with complementary qualifications and experience in social welfare. Amanda has advised, represented and performed workplace investigations for insurers, small business, corporate and government clients. Amanda has particular skill in investigation and risk management work involving technology, such as employee fraud and theft of confidential information and intellectual property, or allegations that involve internet, email or social media use.
Christa LudlowPrincipal Consultant
Christa is solicitor with over 19 years experience in workplace, administrative and industrial relations law. Christa is an accredited mediator under the National Mediation Approval Standards and has a Certificate IV in Investigations. She provides training and coaching on workplace and management issues. She recently authored a chapter on managing ill or injured employees for Wolters Kluwer’s Australian Employment Law Guide.
Kate MolloyPrincipal Consultant
Kate is an experienced consultant with a strong focus on the management of workplace conflict including bullying and/or harassment. Kate has worked in both the Commonwealth and State public sectors, specialising in Learning and Development, Human Resource Management and Employee Relations. Kate was also responsible for the successful creation of a Service Centre servicing more than 3000 employees.
Peter HarveyPrincipal Consultant
Peter has extensive experience and skills developed over 28 years in management in both operational and human resource domains. This experience includes undertaking complex workplace investigations; managing workplace disputes, including bullying, harassment and industrial disputes; mediating workplace disputes; organisational change management and organisational reviews; management of large multi-jurisdictional projects; operational and human resource policy development implementation and review and training
Mick Symons Senior Consultant
Mick has extensive experience in investigating fraud and corruption related issues and during his Police career supervised the Anti Corruption Branch in South Australia, before becoming the Executive Director of the investigations unit of ICAC NSW.
Mick has internationally recognised qualifications as a Certified Fraud Examiner (CPE), Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional – International (CCEP –I) and a member of the Council of International Investigators (CII). He is an accredited mediator and arbitrator and is admitted to practice law in NSW and SA.
Mark LovesSenior Consultant
Mark Loves is a former Police officer with over 14 years’ experience in criminal investigation and intelligence. During his police career he led investigative teams in conducting major criminal investigations across New South Wales.
He is a recipient of the NSW Police Medal, NSW Police Commissioners Scholarship and was twice awarded by the International Association of Law Enforcement Intelligence Analysts (IALEIA) for excellence in the criminal intelligence field, and also worked on the Prime Minister’s Critical Infrastructure Advisory Council (CIAC) for communications. As a result, he was also positively vetted to a Top Secret national security clearance level.
